Delivery & Returns - Exchanges & Returns
Please notify us immediately here if there is a problem with a purchase.
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY, and contact us if you have any questions pertaining to sizing etc. All our items are custom made to your specific order, so we do not give refunds, we do however exchange or give Credit Notes.
We do not issue refunds for 'Change Of Mind', however we will be happy to offer you a Credit Note/Gift Voucher.
Due to health regulations, goods will not be accepted, unless goods are returned in the condition that they were purchased complete with swing tags, packaging and receipt. Goods will not be exchanged without an accompanying Bridal Trousseau ‘Return Authority Number’.
You may return items once a ‘Return Authority Number’ is issued by Bridal Trousseau and you will be given a return delivery address.
Standard delivery terms stipulate that when returning your items to us we ask that the goods be returned to us NO LATER than 14 days from the date receiving garment.
We cannot be held responsible if for some reason the items are not safely delivered to us. If returning items via mail we advise that goods be returned registered or insured to guarantee their return to us.
Any postage, duties, customs clearance fees, taxes applicable to items being returned are the responsibility of the client. The cost of returning goods to the client is at the client's expense and any duties, custom clearance fees, taxes are the responsibility of the client.
Shipping postage and courier costs are NOT refundable.
Items on sale are 'As Is', and cannot be exchanged/returned, and may not be purchased with any promotional vouchers or the like.
The sale of discounted or sale items are deemed 'final' and cannot be returned for exchange or refunded.
Should you not find anything suitable for your exchange we will gladly offer you a Credit Note that is valid for 3 months from the date of issue , enabling you to select something at a time convenient to you.
