The personal information we collect comes from information you have submitted in registration/signups and order forms and will be used to process orders and keep you updated with its progress.

We may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with court orders requiring us to do so or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
We uphold strict security procedures and the information we gather is held securely whether in physical or electronic form.
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is not misused, lost or subject to unauthorised access or use.
We will also take action as required to destroy or permanently de-identify any personal information we have about you that we no longer require.

DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place the order.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, taking into account that every item is custom made/made to order.
Please advise at time of order if you require items sooner than time suggested below,  we will endeavour to complete your order sooner or advise otherwise (fees may apply).
SHIPPING
We aim to deliver your goods to you as soon as possible but cannot accept any liability if the goods are late due to unforeseen postal/courier problems.
As soon as your items are ready to ship we will use Australia Post Express Post Service ( this service is trackable ) within Australia, which normally take between 2-5 business days.
International deliveries will be sent via Australia Post Airmail.
This is a priority service which is signed-for and trackable.
This service usually delivers within 10-15 business days.
Our price is inclusive of GST for sales within Australia but exclusive of all other domestic or foreign taxes.
You are responsible for paying any customs or excise duties, sales tax or fees, if any, imposed by any taxing authority outside of Australia.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability.  We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication.  
However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
We will not accept responsibility or liability for non-delivery or any other breach of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such breach is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery.
Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
LIABILITY
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site.  The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws.  We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Not withstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights.
Where the Goods are made to the Customer’s specification or design, the Customer undertakes full responsibility for the suitability and accuracy of the specification, instructions or design and undertakes to indemnify Bridal Trousseau and its subsidiaries against any infringement of any patent, design or design right ( whether registered or not ), trade mark, trade name or copyright and any loss, damage or expense which we may incur by reason of such infringement in any country.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident, or any other act of God.
In no event shall Bridal Trousseau and its subsidiaries be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, resulting from whatever cause, including but not limited to loss of use, loss profits, or loss of data, whether in an action under theories of contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of or in any way in connection with the use of or inability to use the information or materials on, or accessed through, the Bridal Trousseau and its subsidiaries Web Site. 
Notwithstanding the above, in no event shall Bridal Trousseau and its subsidiaries total liability to you for any and all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amounts paid to Bridal Trousseau and its subsidiaries by you in connection with the transaction claimed by you to give rise to your claim.
 WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
From time to time down-time, either scheduled or unscheduled, may occur.  Bridal Trousseau and its subsidiaries will work within reason to ensure the amount of down-time is limited. Bridal Trousseau and its subsidiaries will not be held liable for the consequences of any down-time.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed by Bridal Trousseau and its subsidiaries.  Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or any part, is prohibited without the written permission of Bridal Trousseau and its subsidiaries.
In consideration of being allowed to use the Website, you agree that the following actions shall constitute a material breach:
  • Collecting information about the Website or users of the Website without our written consent;

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Australian law and the Australian courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us.  Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us.  Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
